I have a question about the daily routines of amateur boxing athletes.
Let’s say they’ve already mastered all the boxing skills and techniques—what do they train daily? I’m sure they work on their strength every day, but beyond that, do they always need to be accompanied by a coach and do padwork and heavy bag training? I have a small training camp and feel a bit unsure about how to train our athletes. Should they always do padwork in the same style with constant repetition?
And what about professional athletes? Are they trained the same way as amateur athletes? Regards, Zak
