My friends even laughed at me and gave me a heavy mug (you may have heard of this, Ronnie Coleman is currently advertising it). I decided to remedy the situation and go to the gym.
I don't know what to do right. Should you work out with a trainer or create a training program yourself?
My name is Jay and I'm from the UK. I have been watching Tom's videos on YouTube for a while now and this year I decided to buy some of the footwork and punch videos. I have to say I have learned a lot and improved my footwork and power all through Toms teaching.
Don’t pay attention to doubters. Maybe their weak. Do what you can afford.
