Hi guys I have a question for those who have purchased one of Toms Video Courses. I'm interested in learning more about proper stance and mechanics for defense/head movement. Which video package covers what I'm looking for?

Hi everyone I'm really struggling at the moment thinking too much about my stance and mechanics.
Does anyone have any tips how to improve flow and rhythm?
I want to improve punchspeed feel too slow.
Thanks
Jay
I am thinking about buying one of the instructionals.
I am new and would like to train out of my garage for a little while because I can't get into a gym at the moment. I have a heavy bag and a double end bag but my question is which instructional should I purchase?
The heavy bag instructional?
Or the all nine punches bundle?
Thank you for any advice. I look forward to hearing from everyone.
Give the perspective of training a MMA fighter and what they need ❤️ need from boxing and what they should take out like if they shouldn't roll (because of knees and flying knees) or if they shouldn't shell up
Definately ability to close/counter mma techniques with boxing forcing them to adjust.
The stance is the 9 punches and boxing fundamentals. All of the defense courses cover head movement
