In this video, I teach you a head movement drill that helps you defend 4 different punches using 4 different defensive reactions.
Here’s the sequence:
✔ Catch the jab
✔ Shoulder roll the right hand
✔ Roll under the hook
✔ Bend at the waist and smother the right hand
This drill teaches:
• Head movement
• Defensive awareness
• Timing
• Rhythm
• How to stay relaxed under pressure
I break down each punch and each defensive movement step-by-step so you understand WHY it works—not just what to do.
